Ray L. HONG of Team91 participated as a line producer in the Korean feature film “Bleak Night”.

The film tells the story of a father who, having been indifferent to his son Ki-tae, is thrown into turmoil by the boy’s sudden death. Struggling with belated guilt, he sets out to track down two of Ki-tae’s closest friends in an effort to uncover the truth.

As the line producer, Ray L. HONG managed on-site production, overseeing crew coordination, budget execution, and the overall workflow to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Bleak Night gained critical acclaim on the international stage, winning the New Currents Award at the 15th Busan International Film Festival (2010), the FIPRESCI Award at the 35th Hong Kong International Film Festival (2011), and was officially invited to the Tiger Awards Competition at the 40th International Film Festival Rotterdam (2011).
